The Flash Season 2 Episode 8 Legends of Today

Barry Allen, aka the Flash, is back with another epic adventure in season 2 episode 8 of the hit TV series The Flash (2014). Titled "Legends of Today," this episode features a massive crossover with the CW's other DC Comics show Arrow.

The episode opens with Barry catching up with Oliver Queen (aka Arrow), who has come to Central City to help Barry deal with a threat that has come to their world. The threat? A savage hawk creature that appears to be destroying everything in its path.

Barry, Oliver, and the rest of Team Flash quickly spring into action to take down the creature – and in the process, they encounter a mysterious woman named Kendra Saunders, who seems to know more about the hawk creature than anyone else.

As Barry and Oliver try to get to the bottom of the hawk creature's origins, they discover that it may be linked to an ancient Egyptian curse – one that affects Kendra in a very personal way. With the help of Cisco Ramon (aka Vibe), they learn that Kendra is actually a reincarnated princess from ancient Egypt, reborn over and over again throughout history.

But Kendra's latest reincarnation comes with a twist: she also has the ability to become a powerful winged warrior, known as Hawkgirl. As she and Barry work to uncover the truth behind the hawk creature, they find themselves drawn closer together – but with danger lurking around every corner, they must be careful not to let their budding romance distract them from the task at hand.

Meanwhile, back in Star City, Barry's old flame Patty Spivot is dealing with some issues of her own. After witnessing a robbery gone wrong, Patty becomes obsessed with catching the culprit – only to find herself in over her head when the thief turns out to be one of the most dangerous criminals in the city.

As Patty tries to balance her job as a cop with her desire to bring the thief to justice, she finds herself getting in deeper and deeper – until she realizes that she may need to call upon some unexpected allies to help her win the day.

With action, adventure, and romance in equal measure, "Legends of Today" is an unforgettable episode of The Flash that will keep viewers on the edge of their seats from start to finish.
