Ep 15. Enter Flashtime

Barry Allen is back with the fourth season of his super-superhero series "The Flash" and the fifteenth episode is called "Enter Flashtime".

The episode sees Team Flash's newest supervillain, a nuclear metahuman called Fallout, exploding and threatening to take out the entire city. With no other option on hand, Barry, along with Cisco Ramon and Caitlin Snow, enter a state of "Flashtime", which is essentially super-slow-motion, to try and figure out how to stop it. While in this heightened state, Barry realizes that he can extend Flashtime to other speedsters and summons Jay Garrick (John Wesley Shipp) to help them solve the crisis before it's too late.

As Fallout's radiation spreads throughout the city, Team Flash struggles to come up with a plan to prevent the inevitable destruction. Barry and Jay ask for help from Jesse Quick (Violett Beane), a speedster who has the potential to be even faster than Barry, and together they frantically search for a way to contain the radioactive fallout.

In addition to the time-bending action, the episode features a heartfelt moment between Barry and Iris West as they discuss their future. Meanwhile, Cisco and Caitlin are forced to confront their emotions when their past comes back to haunt them.

Overall, "Enter Flashtime" is an intense and emotional episode that showcases the strengths of the show's hyper-speed storytelling.
