Ep 15. Dougie Nights

Arthur convinces Doug to hang out with his friend, a single man named Dougie that Arthur used to double-date with. When Doug sees how easily his friend associates with women at the nightclub where they went to hang out, he is impressed. However, when he returns home to his wife, Carrie, he tells her that he and Dougie merely visited a late-night coffee club. Carrie believes that Doug is lying to her, prompting a series of lies and cover-ups that lead to much confusion and hilarity. Meanwhile, Spence gets out of dating-related prison temporarily, as Lou Ferrigno (Himself) asks out his mother, Veronica (Anne Meara). This makes Spence happy because he doesn't have to compete with his mom's dates anymore. However, when Spence finds out that Veronica is accepting an invite from Lou to attend his tenth wedding, he's devastated.
