While Lisa and Red are working on rehabilitating Storm, Red becomes discouraged with their work because of how difficult the horse is acting. When Red tells Lisa that he intends on sending Storm back to the refuge, she becomes upset with him and tries to tell Red not to give up on the horse. As they are working with Storm, the Reg's and Pine Hollows money problems are continually worsening, Ashley and Melanie start raising guinea pigs to sell, in order to give to the stables.
