In the season 32 premiere episode of The Simpsons, titled "Undercover Burns," Mr. Burns goes undercover at the nuclear power plant as an ordinary employee in order to find out what his workers really think of him. He adopts the identity of "Fred" and sets out to make friends with Homer and the other employees, all the while secretly recording their opinions of him.
Meanwhile, Homer accidentally wins a motorcycle in a raffle and becomes obsessed with his new toy, much to Marge's dismay. He spends all his time riding around town without a care in the world, ignoring his responsibilities at home and at the power plant.
As Mr. Burns spends more time among his employees, he begins to realize that they don't think very highly of him. They view him as a cranky old man who is out of touch with the modern world and doesn't care about the safety of his workers. Despite his efforts to win them over with treats and kind words, he can't shake their negative opinions of him.
Things come to a head when a safety inspector comes to the power plant to scrutinize the company's safety protocols. Mr. Burns panics and tries to cover up any potential problems, but the inspector sees right through his lies. In the end, it's up to Homer and the other employees to save the day and prevent a disaster from occurring.
"Undercover Burns" is a typical episode of The Simpsons, with plenty of humor and satire aimed at contemporary American culture and politics. It's not the most groundbreaking or original episode of the series, but it's a solid start to the 32nd season and will please fans who have been following the adventures of the Simpson family for decades.
