Stacey's investigation then takes her to the Netherlands, where she discovers a new threat to public health: the misuse of prescription drugs. She meets a group of young people who are addicted to codeine-based medicines, which they buy without prescriptions from online pharmacies. Stacey witnesses the devastating effects of this addiction on their lives, and she interviews doctors and addiction specialists who are struggling to cope with this emerging problem.
