The T.O. Show is a reality show that airs on the VH1 television network starring NFL football star Terrell Owens. Terrell as a football player is a dynamic wide receiver who has made significant footprints in NFL history. His unique athletic skill combined with his touchdown celebrations has garnered quite a name around the NFL. Unfortunately, a lot of his on the field antics and locker room issues have tainted his career. The future of his football career is in doubt due to a torn ACL and father time. The T.O. Show covers his recovery from knee surgery, delves into his personal relationships and money problems.

The T.O. Show goes deep into Terrell?s knee injury and covers how well his close associates take care of him. Kita and Monique are T.O.?s publicists and close friends who constantly urge him to get back on the right track in life and in business. Terrell?s occasional stubborn ways inhibits his productiveness outside of the football field. Kita and Monique never seem to give up on him and are always by his side no matter the complexity of the situation. In the show, Terrell shows his most vulnerable side and opens up about his childhood. He was raised mostly by his grandmother due to financial problems at home with his mother. His grandmother had many problems of her own. As a result, Terrell grew up lonely and always out of place.

Terrell's personal relationships suffer a great deal on the show due to his egocentric mentality he developed as a child. Terrell opens up about how his agents have taken advantage of him financially. Combined with the fact that his playing days are coming to an end, Terrell continues to struggle with his own inner demons. The T.O. Show covers how he perseveres through all his problems to attain longevity in life, love and football.
