He also introduces them to his prized possession, a 60-year-old bottle of Barolo from the cellar's private collection.

The hosts then head to the castle of Grinzane Cavour, which is a UNESCO World Heritage site and the birthplace of Barolo wine. Here, they meet the president of the Consortium of Barolo, Matteo Ascheri, who explains the history and culture of Barolo wine. They also taste some of the finest Barolo wines from different regions of Piedmont with expert sommelier Levi Dalton.

Back at the villa, the hosts hold a blind tasting session of Barolo wines with the help of Levi and their resident wine expert Joe Fattorini. They try to guess the different types of Barolo wines and the regions they come from.

The episode also features a segment on a new wine app that helps users discover and learn about different types of wine. The hosts meet with the creators of the app and test it out by scanning different types of Barolo wines.
