Ep 5. Jamaica

In the fifth episode of season one of Three Sheets, Zane Lamprey heads to the tropical paradise of Jamaica for a boozy adventure. He begins his journey in the bustling city of Kingston, where he learns about the country's rich culture and history while sampling some of its signature cocktails.

Zane meets up with local bartender Jermaine, who takes him on a tour of the city's vibrant nightlife scene. They hit up several bars and clubs, where Zane tries a variety of Jamaican rums and beers, as well as the country's famous Red Stripe beer.

Next, Zane heads to the seaside town of Ocho Rios, where he learns about the art of making Jamaica's national drink, rum. He visits the Appleton Estate, one of the country's oldest and most famous rum distilleries, where he gets a behind-the-scenes look at the production process and samples some of the best rums the distillery has to offer.

After getting his fill of rum, Zane heads to the beach for some relaxation and fun in the sun. He tries out a variety of water sports, including parasailing and jet skiing, and takes a dip in the crystal-clear waters of the Caribbean Sea.

Back in Kingston, Zane visits a local market to sample some of Jamaica's famous street food, including jerk chicken and ackee and saltfish. He even tries out his own bartending skills, mixing up a batch of the country's signature cocktail, the rum punch.

Throughout the episode, Zane also learns about Jamaica's rich musical heritage, visiting a recording studio and meeting with local musicians to hear their stories and sample their music.

Overall, Three Sheets season one episode five provides an exciting and entertaining look at the vibrant culture and nightlife of Jamaica, as well as a deeper appreciation for the country's signature drink, rum.
