Ep 6. Taipei

Three Sheets is an adventurous travelogue-style show where host Zane Lamprey samples various alcoholic beverages and experiences nightlife in different cities around the world. In season 2 episode 6 titled Taipei, Zane travels to the capital city of Taiwan to explore its drinking culture and indulge in its traditional food and customs.

Later on, Zane visits a whiskey bar to expand his knowledge of the spirit, and meets with the owner to learn more about their extensive collection. He also gets a chance to try some Taiwanese single malts, which he thoroughly enjoys.

As the night falls, Zane joins a group of Taiwanese locals for a traditional meal at an iconic Taipei restaurant. He samples some of the popular selections on the menu, such as stinky tofu and Taiwanese-style barbecue. The meal is accompanied by plenty of local beers and baijiu, which Zane describes as a potent Chinese liquor.

Zane’s last stop of the trip is at a popular karaoke bar where he sings some famous karaoke song choices with the locals. He then rounds things off with a final cheers and toast with the bar's patrons.

Overall, this episode of Three Sheets showcases the laid-back and social drinking culture of Taipei, where friends and family gather to share a good meal and a few drinks. Zane Lamprey does an excellent job of immersing himself in the local traditions and offering a fun and informative glimpse into Taiwanese life.
