In the Tiny House Hunters Season 2 Episode 4, titled "Big Change To Tiny House," viewers follow a pair of homebuyers who are seeking to drastically downsize their living space. They believe that they can achieve the ultimate freedom by owning a tiny home.

First, viewers meet Meghan and Nathan, who are currently living in a spacious three-bedroom home located in suburban Atlanta. While they love their house, they are ready to downsize in order to achieve more financial freedom. They have decided to move to San Francisco so that Meghan can further her career in fashion. However, with the high cost of living in San Francisco, they need to find a more affordable housing option.

The couple has set a budget of $65,000 for their tiny home, which they both agree is a reasonable amount. They want to find a tiny home that offers everything they need, without any extra frills. They've agreed on a few must-haves, including a full kitchen, a designated workspace for Nathan, and a comfortable sleeping area. Since they'll be living in California, they also want to ensure that they have enough outdoor space to enjoy sunny days.

Their first option is a 180 square foot house listed for $58,000. While it has a full kitchen and sleeping area, there's no designated workspace for Nathan, which is a dealbreaker for him. They also feel that the outdoor space is not adequate, as they were hoping for a designated area for their two dogs to run around in.

Next up is a 200 square foot house, priced at $60,000. This option has a designated workspace for Nathan and a comfortable sleeping area. The outdoor space has a patio area with enough room for their dogs to play, but the kitchen is relatively small, making cooking challenging for Meghan.

The third and final option is a 190 square foot house, priced at $65,000. This option offers the perfect blend of everything they want, with a full kitchen, designated workspace, and comfortable sleeping area. The outdoor space has a designated area for their dogs to play without taking up too much of the yard. While this option is at the top of their budget, they both agree that it's the best overall choice.

However, just when they think they've made a decision, they hear about one more option that's slightly over their budget, but they decide to take a look. This 240 square foot house is located in a more rural area, but the interior is much more luxurious than any of the previous options. It has a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a designated workspace with a large window overlooking the scenic view of the bay, and a cozy sleeping area with a comfortable bed. The outdoor space is limited, but the picturesque views make up for it. Despite being over their budget at $75,000, they can't help but feel drawn to this option.

Throughout the episode, viewers see the couple struggle with the decision between the more affordable, practical options and the luxury option that's slightly over their budget. Ultimately, viewers are left wondering which option they choose and how they will adjust to the tiny home lifestyle.
