Ep 4. Series 14 Episode 4

In Top Gear season 14 episode 4, the trio heads to Germany to test three muscle cars - the Dodge Challenger SRT8, the Chevrolet Camaro SS and the Cadillac CTS-V. The hosts, Jeremy, Richard, and James, put these American muscle cars through their paces on the derestricted autobahns as well on the legendary Nürburgring race track.

Next, the guys participate in a unique challenge, which sees them building their own electric cars. They compete across two rounds. In the first, they build their electric cars with materials and parts they find in the under-£5,000 budget. The second round takes place on an outdoor track, where the presenters put their electric cars to test, competing in a series of challenges. The team demonstrates their engineering skills and creativity by rebuilding the cars that were ready to go on sale on a British auction website.

A new feature that made its debut in this episode is called "Stars in the Reasonably Priced Car." In this segment, a celebrity guest, Brian Johnson, the lead singer of AC/DC from 1980 to 2016, takes on the show's regular race course in a humble Kia Cee'd.

The trio of presenters also takes on a new challenge, showcasing "the car that Gran (grandmother) would like to drive." The challenge involves finding the best car to please the customers that require a more comfortable ride, a bigger boot space, and an automatic gearbox. To make things challenging, the hosts also take the vehicles off-road in a thorough test of their practicality.

Throughout the episode, there are several short, comedic segments, including "Invisible Car," where the team attempts to build a clear-camouflaged car, with varying degrees of success.
