Finally, Don had to work as a delivery expert, a position that is different from the delivery driver role. Here, his task was to train store staff on best practices and standards of delivering pizza. He saw the hard work required to ensure the delivery drivers provided services that matched the company's standards. Meeting different characters during the training was an enlightening experience revealing how good customer service could the difference between excellent and sub-par delivery standards.

The show highlights some of the problems that Don encountered during his experience in the undercover roles. For instance, the effect of aggressive drivers on safety, the significance of timely deliveries in the customer's overall experience, and the importance of addressing customer complaints in the right way. At times, Don found it challenging to keep up with the pace of the various roles since he hadn't been on the ground for a while, but he admits that it was a worthwhile experience.

Don also discovered that his employees offered valuable insights into the day-to-day operations of the company.
