Ep 11. Into the Night

Set in a women's prison in Australia, Wentworth season 2 follows the inmates and staff as they navigate the complex hierarchy and constant power struggles within the prison walls. In episode 11, "Into the Night," tensions are at an all-time high as the inmates deal with the fallout from the previous episode's violent events.

The episode begins with Kaz Proctor (played by Tammy Macintosh) rallying her followers in the yard, determined to take down top dog, Bea Smith (Danielle Cormack), and gain control of the prison. As the tension builds, the inmates take matters into their own hands and a dangerous plan is set into motion.

Throughout the episode, we see glimpses into the characters' pasts through flashback sequences, deepening our understanding of their motivations and current predicaments. We also witness moments of vulnerability and connection between the women, reminding us of the humanity that still exists within the prison walls.

As the night falls and the inmates put their plan into action, the stakes are higher than ever. Lives are on the line and allegiances are tested. Who will come out on top in this fight for power and control?
