Ep 11. Rules of Engagement

Elizabeth returns to Hope Valley and is excited to see Jack. As he escorts her back to town, they run into Tom and Julie, a couple who are planning their wedding. Later, Julie asks Elizabeth to help her plan the wedding, and she is thrilled with the opportunity. However, things get complicated when the wedding planner Tom hired deems Julie's family farm unsuitable for the celebration.

Meanwhile, Abigail struggles with her own love life as she tries to balance her feelings for oil rig worker Bill with her loyalty to her late husband. Rosemary, still intent on winning over Lee, convinces him to take part in the town dance competition with her, but things don't go as planned.

The town also faces a crisis when a group of men come to collect taxes from Hope Valley. They claim to be representatives of the federal government, but their methods are questionable. When Jack starts investigating their legitimacy, he discovers a shocking truth.

As the wedding day approaches, tensions rise and rules are broken. Ultimately, the residents of Hope Valley come together to support Tom and Julie on their special day, but not without a few surprises along the way.
