Higurashi Towa, Setsuna, and Moroha continue their quest to find the Dream Butterfly, which is said to be able to grant any wish. As they travel, Moroha reveals that her mother was actually a demon, which makes her a half-demon just like Inuyasha and Towa. The three half-demon girls encounter a group of demon slayers and are forced to fight them off. During the battle, Towa uses her demon powers and reveals to Moroha that she has powerful strength that she cannot control. Setsuna helps Towa control her powers, and they are able to defeat the demon slayers.

As they continue their journey, the three girls come across an old man who has been injured by a spider demon. He tells them that the spider demon has been terrorizing the nearby village and they offer to help. They arrive at the village to find that the spider demon has been stealing food from the villagers. Towa questions the villagers and learns that the demon is actually just trying to feed her babies. The girls come up with a plan to capture the spider demon and bring her to the old man, who is a skilled healer. The old man is able to heal the spider demon, and she agrees to stop stealing from the villagers in exchange for food for her babies.

After their success in the village, the girls continue their search for the Dream Butterfly and eventually come across a mysterious cave. Inside the cave, they find a group of monks who have been protecting the Dream Butterfly. The monks reveal that the Dream Butterfly is actually a demon who has the ability to grant wishes, but also has the tendency to cause chaos and destruction. The girls are warned not to make any wishes, but Towa can't resist and wishes to find out more about her past.

As Towa's wish begins to come true, the girls are suddenly attacked by a powerful demon who is after the Dream Butterfly. In the chaos of the battle, the Dream Butterfly is accidentally released and begins to cause chaos throughout the nearby town. Towa, Setsuna, and Moroha work together to defeat the demon and stop the Dream Butterfly from causing any more harm. In the aftermath, the three girls go their separate ways, but not before agreeing to meet up again soon and continue their journey together.

Overall, episode 7 of Yashahime: Princess Half-Demon is filled with action, adventure, and a touch of heartfelt emotion as Towa, Setsuna, and Moroha continue their quest to find the Dream Butterfly.
