Ep 1. Yo-Ho-Ho and a Bottle of Dumb

During his initial assessment, Taffer discovers that the bar is losing money due to its high overhead costs, including an excessive amount of inventory that is not being properly managed. In addition, Taffer uncovers an issue with the bar's billing system, which is causing employees to steal from the register.

To address these issues, Taffer enlists the help of a team of experts, including a mixologist and a chef, to revamp the menu and make it more user-friendly. Taffer also sets up a new inventory system and implements new security measures to prevent theft.

In order to help the staff understand the importance of being professional and knowledgeable about their products, Taffer arranges for them to undergo a rigorous training program that emphasizes customer service and mixology.

As the bar begins to transform, tensions rise between Taffer and Rebelo, who is resistant to some of the changes being made. However, by the end of the episode, Rebelo comes to the realization that her management style was preventing the bar from succeeding, and she decides to listen to Taffer's advice.

In the end, the newly revamped Piratz Tavern is a hit with customers, who appreciate the improved menu, better-trained staff, and overall more professional atmosphere. Taffer is satisfied with the outcome, and Rebelo is grateful for the second chance to make her dream of owning a successful pirate-themed bar a reality.
