Ep 1. Pilot

In the first episode, entitled "Pilot", viewers are introduced to a team of U.S. Marshals who are tasked with apprehending fugitives who have escaped from prison. Led by the confident and experienced Charlie DuChamp, the team comprises five convicts - Ray, Shea, Lloyd, Erica, and Julian - who earned their places on the team by exhibiting skills that could be put to use in tracking down escapees.

The episode starts off with the demolition of Fox River Penitentiary - the same prison that was central to the show Prison Break - and the escape of notorious criminal Theodore Bagwell, who is better known as "T-Bag". With Bagwell on the loose, DuChamp is given the green light by his superiors to put together a group of experts to track him down.

First, DuChamp enlists the help of two former members of his team - Erica Reed and Shea Daniels - who both possess unique skills that make them valuable assets. Erica is a behavioral analyst who has a knack for reading people, while Shea is a former gang member with street smarts that come in handy when working with informants.

Next, the team is rounded out by three convicts - Ray Zancanelli, Lloyd Lowery, and Julianne Simms - who were promised reduced sentences in exchange for their assistance. Ray is a former bounty hunter with a wealth of experience in tracking fugitives, while Lloyd is an academic genius with a photographic memory and a knack for predicting criminals' next moves. Julian, or "Jules", is a master hacker who can break into any computer system and is also fluent in several languages.

With the team in place, DuChamp lays out the mission: track down Bagwell before he causes any more harm. The team quickly gets to work, using their individual skills and know-how to gather information about Bagwell and create a profile of him in order to anticipate his next move.

Throughout the episode, viewers get a glimpse into the personal lives of each of the team members, including their motivations for joining the group and the struggles they face in their daily lives. Erica, for example, is dealing with the aftermath of a failed marriage, while Julian is grappling with the guilt she feels over her involvement in a cybercrime that led to the deaths of innocent people.

As the team works to track down Bagwell, they encounter a number of obstacles and setbacks. DuChamp faces pressure from his superiors to deliver results quickly, while Ray's overconfidence leads the team into a dangerous situation. Despite these challenges, the team is ultimately successful in capturing Bagwell and returning him to prison.

The episode ends with a sense of satisfaction among the team members, who have proven their worth as a valuable asset to law enforcement. However, viewers are left with a sense that there is much more to come from this dynamic group of characters as they take on more high-stakes cases in future episodes.
