In Girls season 3 episode 3, titled "She Said OK," Hannah is excited because she has been asked to write advertorials (advertisements disguised as articles) for GQ magazine. She thinks it will be a great opportunity to boost her writing career and earn some extra money. However, when she starts working on them, she realizes that she hates the idea of writing advertisements and struggles to come up with believable content. Meanwhile, Marnie is still trying to figure out what to do with her life after feeling lost since losing her job, and Shoshanna is dealing with the aftermath of her breakup with Ray.

As Hannah works on her articles, she becomes increasingly frustrated with the restrictions placed on her by the magazine's staff. She is required to mention certain products and make them sound appealing, even though she doesn't personally believe in them. She begins to question her integrity as a writer and worries that she is selling out by writing these ads. Her boyfriend Adam tries to help her feel more confident in herself and her writing abilities, but she remains uneasy.

Marnie, meanwhile, goes on a job interview for a position at an art gallery but is turned down because she lacks experience. She feels even more lost than before and turns to her ex-boyfriend Charlie for comfort. They end up having sex, even though he is now in a serious relationship with another woman. Marnie later realizes that she made a mistake and tries to make amends with Charlie's girlfriend.

Shoshanna, still reeling from her breakup with Ray, seeks comfort from her friends but finds that no one really understands what she is going through. She tries to distract herself by going out and partying, but ends up getting into a fight with a woman at a club. Later, she has a heart-to-heart with Ray and they both agree that their relationship was not meant to be.

Overall, "She Said OK" is an episode about the struggles of growing up and finding your place in the world. Hannah, Marnie, and Shoshanna are all at different points in their lives, but they are all grappling with similar issues of identity and purpose. The episode is both funny and poignant, and the characters feel more relatable than ever before. It is a great addition to the third season of Girls and a must-watch for fans of the show.
