Guinness World Records Gone Wild is an American television series that premiered on truTV in 2013. Hosted by Zach Selwyn, Liz Smith, and Dan Cortese, the show was a spin-off of the Guinness World Records franchise, in which participants attempted to break world records in funny and bizarre ways.

Each episode of Guinness World Records Gone Wild featured contestants from all over America trying to break some of the most bizarre and hilarious world records imaginable. From the fastest time to drink a bottle of ketchup to the most number of T-shirts worn at once, the contestants attempted to break the record with their unique skills and talents.

Hosted by the energetic and charismatic Zach Selwyn, who is known for his comedic commentary and sharp wit, each episode followed a format that begins with introducing the challenger and their record-breaking attempt. The challenge is then followed by a series of hilarious and often outrageous attempts to break the record, as the contestants put their skills to the test.

Liz Smith, the show's co-host, was in charge of keeping the contestants on track and ensuring the rules of the record were followed to the letter. Her no-nonsense attitude and sharp eye helped to keep the contestants honest and on point, allowing the team to get the most accurate record-breaking attempts possible.

Dan Cortese, the third host of Guinness World Records Gone Wild, made appearances throughout the series, acting as a sort of mentor to the contestants. Whether offering advice or pep talks, Cortese's presence added to the fun and excitement of the show.

One of the unique features of the show was the fact that the contestants were often regular people with unusual talents or hobbies. From a man who can balance bicycles on his chin to a woman who can fit into a small box, each episode was filled with people who had honed their skills to incredible levels and were hoping to be recognized for them.

Another great thing about the show was the level of variety it provided. While some challenges were more physically demanding, others were based on more cerebral pursuits, like reciting a certain number of digits in pi or solving a Rubik's cube in a record-breaking time. This variety kept the show entertaining and made it accessible to viewers of all ages and interests.

All of the attempts were judged by an official Guinness World Records adjudicator who was on hand to ensure that the rules were followed and that the record was broken in a legitimate way. This gave the show an extra level of credibility and provided a sense of excitement to the contestants as they waited to find out if their record-breaking attempt was successful.

Overall, Guinness World Records Gone Wild was a highly entertaining show that appealed to both adults and children alike. The hosts brought a great energy and sense of humor to the proceedings, making it a joy to watch every week. Whether you were watching for the thrill of seeing a new record being set, or simply for the hilarious and often bizarre attempts, Guinness World Records Gone Wild was a show that never failed to bring fun and excitement.
