Ep 8. Drive-In

In That 70's Show season 1 episode 8 "Drive-In," it's the weekend, and the gang is itching to get out of Point Place. Jackie suggests going to the drive-in, much to the guys' pleasure. They all decide to go, with Eric borrowing his mom's Vista Cruiser for the occasion. However, Red's strict rules catch up to Eric when he wants to go to the drive-in instead of keeping to his original curfew.

Meanwhile, things heat up between Jackie and Kelso, as they take their first steps towards becoming a more serious couple. Fez, on the other hand, is worried that he'll never find anyone to share romantic moments with. Donna tries to cheer him up by taking him to the drive-in with her cousin.

To make things worse, Eric's mom unexpectedly shows up at the drive-in, looking for her Vista Cruiser. Eric quickly hides the car, but Red spots him and demands that he bring it back home. Eric is about to give up hope when his friends come up with a plan to distract Red while Eric sneaks the car out of the drive-in.
