As a young boy, Danny Desai was arrested for strangling his aunt. Now, five years later, he's being released and returning to his hometown of Green Grove, where he tries to reconcile with his best friends, Jo and Lacey. Jo and Lacey were Danny's childhood friends, and their connection with him runs deep, but now they're all grown up and things are different.
