He puts a device in Meryl's old assistant's purse, which helps him gain the information necessary to find the Morgans. Paul and Meryl were starting to get along, but that all falls apart after they discuss some of the infidelity that occurred between them. By this time, the killer has reached the town they are hiding at. Their caretakers invite them to an event, which they decide not to go to. After the killer finds them, they must get away. It is up to them to work together to get away from the killer one last time.
