Watch Don't Look Now
- 1 hr 50 min
The movie opens with rainy weather, which seems to portray the upcoming emotions the couple will experience. As we see Christina and her sibling playing together, images of a church with red overtaking the screen are shown to the viewer, imagery that foresees the unthinkable horror that will soon be present in John's life. The immense sadness about the loss of his daughter contrasts dramatically with the boost of his professional career. When John sees a person who resembles his daughter, the audience thinks he is crazy. Delusions of his daughter are affecting his consciousness and ability to reason properly, or so the viewer thinks. A bizarre blind medium who lost her sight to see the dead is a creepy touch to an already eerie movie. Horrible things start to happen to John after Laura leaves Italy based on what she felt was Christine's warning to leave. The viewer is forced to wonder if that person is indeed little Christina.
