Jessie Stone: Stone Cold is the fourth installment of the Jessie Stone novels written by Robert B. Parker. Played by Hollywood icon Tom Selleck, this one finds big city cop turned small town police chief Jessie Stone having to solve a group of seemingly random killings in the small New England coastal town of Paradise. After his good friend Abby Taylor becomes the killer's next victim, Jessie figures out that the killer is out to hurt him. He takes this very personally, and with few clues to work with Jessie must find the killer and stop him before he becomes the next homicide victim.
