A giant ancient shark named the Megalodon is roaming the oceans, while deep in the heart of Africa an illegal mining operation has accidently awoken a Crocosaurus, a giant pre-historic crocodile. A hunter manages to successfully capture the Crocosaurus and plains to ship it back to the US. However while at sea, the Megalodon attacks their ship which allows the Crocosaurus to escape and all hell soon begins to break loose in the ocean.
