Sleeper is one of Woody Allen’s most popular films from the early part of his film career. It is a 1973 comedy. It is a spoof on sci-fi movies as well as the social mores of the late 20th century. Woody plays Miles Monroe. Monroe is a jazz musician and the owner of a health-food store in New York City in the early 1970s. He is frozen against his will, and then revived in the 22nd century.
