The Assassination of Trotsky
Following his 1929 exile from the Soviet Union, revolutionary Leon Trotsky travels to France, Turkey and Norway, before finally landing in Mexico in 1940. Still a staunch socialist, he promotes his politics to all who will listen. Learning of Trotsky's location, Soviet ruler Joseph Stalin sends ambitious assassin Frank Jacson to silence his political enemy once and for all. Jacson infiltrates Trotsky's inner circle by befriending one of Trotsky's young Marxist followers and plots to carry out his deadly plan.
