In the second episode of the sixth season of 30 Rock, entitled "Idiots Are People Two!", the writers of TGS with Tracy Jordan are tasked with coming up with a new catchphrase to replace Tracy's infamous "Werewolf Bar Mitzvah." Meanwhile, Jack becomes increasingly frustrated with his mother's behavior, and Liz struggles to adjust to life without her friend and former colleague, Jenna Maroney.

As the episode begins, Tracy is eager to come up with a new catchphrase that will "blow 'Werewolf Bar Mitzvah' out of the water." The writers, however, are struggling to come up with something that meets Tracy's high standards. Liz suggests "muffin top" as a potential catchphrase, but Tracy dismisses it as not "smart enough."

Meanwhile, Jack is dealing with his mother's eccentric behavior, which includes her selling her apartment and moving in with him. Jack is initially hesitant to let her stay, but eventually relents after his mother insists that she needs to be around family.

As Liz adjusts to life without Jenna, she begins to feel a sense of loss and loneliness. She spends her days trying to fill the void left by Jenna's departure, but nothing seems to work. Eventually, Liz realizes that she needs to find a new friend to fill the Jenna-sized hole in her life.

Back at TGS, the writers are still struggling to come up with a new catchphrase for Tracy. They try a variety of different approaches, from using a thesaurus to brainstorming with Tracy's son, but nothing seems to work. Finally, Tracy comes up with the perfect catchphrase on his own: "I want to be a dolphin!" The writers are initially skeptical, but Tracy's enthusiasm sways them.

As the episode comes to a close, Jack's mother reveals that she has met a new man and wants to move out. Jack initially protests, but eventually realizes that he needs to let his mother live her own life. Liz, meanwhile, has found a potential new friend in a man she meets on the subway. She invites him to go to a movie with her, but the date doesn't go quite as planned.

Overall, "Idiots Are People Two!" is a classic 30 Rock episode that combines clever humor with heartwarming character moments. From Tracy's quest for a new catchphrase to Liz's struggles with loneliness, the episode touches on a variety of relatable themes while still managing to be hilarious. Fans of the show will undoubtedly appreciate the episode's witty writing and stellar performances from the talented cast.
