Ep 1. Hot to the Touch

In the season 4 premiere of Adventure Time, titled "Hot to the Touch," Finn the human and his best friend Jake the dog encounter a new character: Flame Princess.

The episode starts with Finn and Jake discovering a flaming meteor hurtling towards the Land of Ooo. Upon investigation, they find a baby girl trapped inside the meteor, who they quickly realize is made entirely of fire. They bring her back to their treehouse and try to figure out what to do with her.

Meanwhile, the evil Ice King is on the hunt for a princess to kidnap and make his bride. He sets his sights on Flame Princess and decides to track her down.

The evil Flame King, who is revealed to be Flame Princess's dad, also wants to keep her hidden away and prevent her from discovering the full extent of her powers.
