In "Notorious AF," Julia is navigating her relationship with Donovan after finding out he's married. Meanwhile, Roxy deals with the revelation that her biological father is a renowned fertility doctor who has been accused of using his own sperm to impregnate his patients. Edie continues to struggle with her identity and her relationship with Tim. When Leon, one of Julia's siblings, makes a surprise visit, tensions rise as secrets are revealed. The family must come together to deal with the fallout of the fertility doctor scandal and figure out how to move forward.
