Ep 12. Denver City Finals

In the 12th episode of season 10 of American Ninja Warrior, the competition heads to Denver for the city finals. The top ninjas from the qualifying round return to take on an even more challenging course in hopes of securing a spot at the national finals in Las Vegas.

The course for the Denver finals is packed with obstacles designed to test the competitors' strength, agility, and endurance. The first obstacle, called the Split Decision, requires competitors to navigate a series of swinging doors while maintaining their balance. From there, they must face the fierce Tire Run, followed by the Double Twister, which features two sets of rotating handles.

If the ninjas can make it through those obstacles, they'll face the terrifying Elevator Climb, a vertical ascent using only small pegs and handles to pull themselves up. Next up is the Spin Hopper, a challenging obstacle that requires competitors to jump across a series of spinning blocks without falling into the water below.

After the Spin Hopper, it's time for the Warped Wall, a signature obstacle on American Ninja Warrior that always proves to be a challenge. If the ninjas can make it up the 14.5-foot wall, they'll move on to the final obstacle - the daunting Spider Trap.

Throughout the entire course, the competitors must maintain their focus and stay calm under pressure as they face the physical and mental challenges presented by each obstacle. And with only a limited number of spots available at the national finals, the pressure is high and the stakes are even higher for each of the competitors.

As the episode unfolds, viewers will see some of the top ninjas from the qualifying round return to take on the Denver finals course. They'll witness heart-pounding moments as competitors push themselves to their limits and battle against the clock to complete each obstacle.
