The seventh episode of American Ninja Warrior's tenth season, titled "Los Angeles City Finals," follows the remaining contestants as they compete in the city finals course in Los Angeles. The course is designed to test the competitors' strength, agility, and endurance with numerous challenging obstacles designed to push them to their limits.

The episode begins with the introduction of the contestants, who are shown discussing their training routines and preparations for the city finals course. From seasoned veterans to newcomers, each contestant is determined to make it to the next round and ultimately become the next American Ninja Warrior.

The city finals course starts with the challenging Floating Steps obstacle, which requires contestants to hop from one floating platform to another without falling into the water below. Contenders who successfully complete the first obstacle move on to the second – the Razor's Edge. This obstacle consists of a series of narrow ledges with an inclined surface, making it challenging for competitors to maintain their balance.

Next up is the Down Up Salmon Ladder, an obstacle that requires competitors to jump from bar to bar while keeping their balance on a series of thin planks. The competitors then move on to the fourth obstacle, the Diamond Dash, which requires them to use a trapeze-like device to jump from one diamond-shaped platform to another while swinging across a water pit.

The fifth obstacle is known as the Twist and Fly, which consists of a series of horizontal bars that rotate as the contestants move across them. This obstacle requires a unique skill set, with contestants having to adjust their movements constantly to keep balance.

The sixth obstacle is the daunting Warped Wall, which looms at 14 feet tall. The goal of this obstacle is to climb the wall and touch the buzzer at its summit. This obstacle requires immense upper body strength and can prove difficult for many of the contestants.

The seventh obstacle is known as the Elevator Climb, and this requires competitors to climb up a series of cylindrical pipes while being lifted by a chain mechanism. Contestants must make it to the top before the mechanism drops them back down to the bottom.

The final obstacle of the city finals course is a newly designed obstacle called the Stair Hopper. This obstacle requires contestants to hop from one stair-like platform to another while using a rope to swing themselves from one platform to the next. This obstacle requires quick reflexes and expert timing, as one wrong move could mean falling into the water below.

Throughout the episode, viewers are kept on the edge of their seats as they watch each contestant tackle the challenging course and overcome the difficult obstacles. Some competitors shine, while others struggle and ultimately fall short. However, each competitor's determination and courage are demonstrated as they give their all to make it through the course.

In the end, only a select few contestants will advance to the next round of the competition, with the rest being eliminated. The episode ends with a cliffhanger as viewers anxiously wait to see who will advance in the competition and who will be sent home. Overall, "Los Angeles City Finals" is a thrilling and exciting episode that showcases the incredible talents and perseverance of America's top ninja warriors.
