The American Ninja Warrior is a sports reality television show that features contestants from all parts of the United States competing in an obstacle course of increasing difficulty. The contestants are required to complete various physical challenges such as climbing walls, jumping through hoops, balancing on suspended objects, and swinging across platforms to move on to the next round.

Season 13, episode 8 of American Ninja Warrior is titled 'Finals 2.' To start things off, the athletes must tackle the Shrinking Steps, a set of unstable platforms that gradually become smaller and more difficult to climb onto.

Next up is the Double Dipper, a challenging obstacle that requires the contestants to jump from a high platform onto a sliding bar, then launch themselves towards a second bar attached to a rope. They then have to swing from the second bar to a platform.

The competitors then face the Twist and Fly, a series of spinning dim sum wheels where they must jump from one to the next in sequence. This is followed by the Water Walls, where the athletes must climb up a set of slippery walls and jump off the top to grab a rope that will swing them onto the next challenge.

The next obstacle is the Tire Run, where the competitors must leap across three large tires suspended in mid-air. Then comes the daunting Pegboard, where the athletes must traverse a wall filled with holes using only their hands and arms.

Finally, the contestants must complete the Warped Wall, a towering structure that requires the athletes to run up it as quickly as possible to hit a button at the top before making their way to the final obstacle.

The final challenge is called Spider Trap, a new obstacle added to the course this year. It involves two sets of vertical poles connected by horizontal bars, which the contestants must navigate across while keeping their balance.

As always, the athletes will be cheered on by the enthusiastic crowd and the show's hosts, Matt Iseman and Akbar Gbajabiamila, who will be providing commentary throughout the episode.

The episode will feature some of the most skilled and talented athletes from across America, and viewers can expect to see some impressive feats of strength, agility, and endurance. With everything on the line and only one chance to impress the judges, these athletes will leave it all on the course in the hopes of becoming the next American Ninja Warrior.
