Ep 14. The Road Less Picked

Mike Wolfe and Frank Fritz hit the road again in search of hidden treasures in American Pickers: Best Of season 2 episode 14, The Road Less Picked. The dynamic duo is on a mission to explore the lesser-known parts of America and to find the rarest and most valuable antiques that have been hidden away for decades.

Their journey takes them through the backroads of Indiana, where they come across a family who has kept an incredible collection of vintage horse-drawn carriages. Their next stop is a farmhouse in Kentucky, where they meet a couple who have been collecting antiques for more than 30 years. The couple has an incredible collection of old toys, including trains, dolls, and action figures. Mike and Frank are like kids in a candy store, eagerly sifting through the collection, marveling at the toys that they used to play with when they were young. They are excited to pick out some of the best toys to add to their own collections.

The final stop on their journey takes them to a small town in Mississippi, where they come across a couple who have kept an amazing collection of vintage automobile parts. Mike and Frank are amazed at the sight of the old car engines, transmissions, and other parts that have been stored away for decades. The couple is eager to sell some of the parts, and the pair spends several hours looking through the collection, trying to pick out the ones with the most value.

Throughout their journey, Mike and Frank face several challenges, including finding the right buyers for the items they pick, and negotiating the right price.
