Ep 7. Rat Rod Rolls

Mike Wolfe and Frank Fritz, the hosts of American Pickers, are back on the road again in season 18, episode 7, titled "Rat Rod Rolls." And this time, they're searching for hidden treasures in the heart of Wisconsin.

The episode kicks off with Mike and Frank exploring an old dairy farm, where they meet the owner, Tim. Although it looks like junk to most people, the guys see potential in the vehicle and decide to take a chance on it. They also find some other interesting knick-knacks at the sale, like a 1920s tin Coca-Cola sign and an antique gas pump.

Later on, Mike and Frank visit a local fabrication shop, where they meet a talented mechanic named Mike. The shop is full of intriguing projects in progress, including a custom-built rat rod that catches the guys' attention. They're impressed with the attention to detail and the ingenuity that goes into building a rat rod, and they even get a chance to take it for a test drive.

The final stop on the episode is a barn in Freedom, Wisconsin, where Mike and Frank meet a farmer named Tom. Tom has a hoard of interesting items, including vintage license plates, antique dairy equipment, and an enormous transformer that used to belong to the local power company. But the real gem of the collection is a 1955 Studebaker President, which the guys are eager to add to their stash.

As always, the episode is packed with interesting finds and fascinating stories, and Mike and Frank's enthusiasm and knowledge of all things vintage and antique is on full display. "Rat Rod Rolls" is a must-watch for fans of American Pickers and anyone who loves a good treasure hunt.
