Ep 4. From Old to Bold

From Old to Bold is the fourth episode of the third season of the popular home renovation show, Bargain Mansions. This particular episode sees designer and renovator Tamara Day take on a massive project, transforming a dilapidated old house into a modern, stylish home.

The house in question is a 1929 stone Tudor that sits on an overgrown lot in an established Kansas City neighborhood. Tamara is excited to take on the project, but she knows that it will be a lot of work. As the project nears completion, Tamara works on the landscaping around the house. She adds a new front walkway and porch, as well as a beautiful backyard patio area with a fire pit.
