Oga and Baby Beel are back at school, but they aren't the only ones. Kunieda has returned to the Saint Ishiyama Academy after quitting the Red Tail gang, and she tells Oga that she's given up fighting altogether. Meanwhile, another former BoB brawler, Himekawa, has been challenged to a fight by one of the school's newest delinquents. Himekawa refuses, claiming that he's done with fighting and wants nothing to do with the BoB. However, the new delinquent isn't taking no for an answer and sets out to force Himekawa to fight using any means necessary. As tensions rise at the school, Oga and Baby Beel find themselves in the middle of yet another brawl. Can they keep the peace, or will they be forced to join the fight?

The episode opens with Oga and Baby Beel heading to school, only to find that Kunieda has returned to Saint Ishiyama Academy. Kunieda tells Oga that she's given up fighting and that she wants nothing to do with the BoB or the Red Tail gang. Oga finds this hard to believe, but Kunieda insists that she's serious. Meanwhile, Himekawa is also at school and is confronted by a new delinquent who challenges him to a fight. Himekawa brushes him off, claiming that he's no longer interested in fighting. However, the new delinquent isn't taking no for an answer and sets out to force Himekawa to fight using any means necessary.

As the day wears on, tensions at school rise, and it becomes clear that a fight is brewing. Oga and Baby Beel find themselves in the middle of the action once again, but this time, they're determined to keep the peace. Despite their efforts, however, the situation spirals out of control, and the school is soon overrun with brawling delinquents.

As the fighting intensifies, it becomes apparent that there's more at stake than just pride and honor. The new delinquent reveals that he's been sent by a rival school to take out Himekawa, and he won't stop until he's achieved his goal. Himekawa, for his part, remains stoic, refusing to give in to the new delinquent's taunts and provocations.

Oga and Baby Beel join the fray, hoping to put an end to the violence once and for all. However, as they fight, they begin to realize that their efforts may be in vain. The new delinquent is too powerful, too overwhelming, and too determined to be stopped by any means.

Just when all seems lost, Himekawa steps in and delivers a massive blow to the new delinquent, knocking him out and putting an end to the fight. Himekawa confesses that he never truly gave up fighting and that he's still willing to put his life on the line to protect his friends.

As the fighting dies down and the students disperse, Oga and Baby Beel are left to contemplate the true cost of their actions. They realize that, despite their best efforts, sometimes violence is the only solution to a problem. However, they also realize that violence begets violence and that they must find a way to end the cycle once and for all. With this in mind, they vow to use their strength for good and to protect those they care about, no matter what challenges may lie ahead.
