Jan Di realizes that she does have feelings for Jun Pyo, but she is still hurt by the way he treated her in the past. Jun Pyo, on the other hand, is frustrated by Jan Di's stubbornness and wishes she would just accept his love.

As they try to survive on the island, they come across a lighthouse where they find a stash of food and blankets. They decide to stay the night there and share a tender moment under the stars. However, their peaceful moment is interrupted by the arrival of a rescue team who have finally found them.

Back in the real world, Jan Di and Jun Pyo's relationship continues to be rocky as Jun Pyo's mother's schemes intensify. She invites Jan Di's family over for dinner and humiliates them in front of her wealthy friends.

Feeling defeated, Jan Di decides to break up with Jun Pyo, but he refuses to accept it and continues to pursue her. When Jun Pyo's mother finds out about their continued relationship, she hires a group of thugs to attack Jan Di.
