In a post-apocalyptic Earth humanity is on the brink of extinction. Robots have become self aware and conquered the humans and control the land. Casshern had been an assassin working for the Braiking Boss, who ruled over the world firmly and harshly. One day Luna, a young girl, showed up having been supposed to be a salvation for all of human kind. Braiking Boss saw her as a threat to his power over the people. Because of this he ordered her to be assassinated. Casshern and two other cyborg assassins are sent to dispose of her. Casshern is the strongest of them and manages to kill Luna. However this sets into motion a cataclysmic series of events.

Hundreds of years later robots are falling apart. Despair and death are abundant everywhere. Casshern , missing since he killed Luna, reappears. He has no memory of his past. As he travels through the land uncovering the secrets of his past he discovers a plague has come upon the robots. Known as The Ruin, it has left the land desolate and crumbling. Robots are forced to constantly struggle to find parts in good enough condition to be used to fix them selves. After learning that he has triggered the destruction that plagues the land Casshern is determined to find out the truth about his past. In this action packed series Casshern many enemies. You can watch along as Casshern faces countless foes on his journey to find out the secrets about himself, The Ruin, and Luna.

  • Casshern and his friends enjoy the peace of their new lives until the Ruin destroys their happiness. Driven by grief, Casshern sets out to settle the score with Braiking Boss - and issue a warning to Luna.
