Kenneth Feinberg, BP Gulf Fund Administrator, joins Charlie Rose in this episode of season 18. Feinberg is known for being the administrator of the BP Gulf Fund, which was set up to compensate the victims of the Deepwater Horizon oil spill in 2010. Feinberg has also been involved in several high-profile compensation programs, including the 9/11 Victim Compensation Fund and the One Fund Boston, which compensated the victims of the Boston Marathon bombing.
