In Class of 3000 season 2 episode 2, titled "Nothin' to It But to Do It," the talented musician and teacher, Sunny Bridges and his class at Westley School of Performing Arts, are faced with a new challenge. The Westley Performing Arts Festival is fast approaching and the school has not yet performed any song for the festival.

Sunny knows that the class needs to get to work immediately because the competition is fierce and there is no room for errors. But his students do not share his urgency. The kids are having a hard time deciding what the best song is for the festival. They are all fighting over different song ideas that do not seem to come together.

Sunny knows that they need a new perspective to figure things out. So he takes them to a nearby park where they can relax and have fun while they brainstorm for ideas. At the park, they meet a group of street performers who are practicing for their own show. Sunny sees an opportunity for the class to learn something new and arranges for the street performers to teach them how to perform in the streets.

The street performers take the kids through rigorous training and teach them how to dance, sing and attract audiences in the streets. They also teach them the importance of improvisation, taking risks and making bold decisions when performing in the streets. The street performers are passionate about what they do, and their enthusiasm rubs off on the kids.

After the training, the class returns to Westley School of Performing Arts, ready to work on their festival song. They take what they have learned from the street performers and apply it to their own music. They start with a slow ballad, but it doesn't work. Then they try a rap, but it is not good enough either. They keep trying different genres until they finally come up with something unique and impressive.

The kids are very proud of their work, and they know that they will do well in the competition. But they are not the only ones who have been working hard. Another school is present at the Westley Performing Arts Festival, and they have been practicing all year for this event. The competing school group is intimidating, and they have never lost the competition.

But Sunny's class are confident in their abilities, and they put on a high-energy performance that impresses everyone, including the judges. The kids pour their heart and soul into the performance, giving it everything they've got. They dance, sing, play instruments and even perform stunts, impressing the judges and the audience.

Finally, after much deliberation, the judges announce the winner of the Westley Performing Arts Festival. As Sunny's class waits anxiously, the announcement is made, and their school is declared the winner! The class cheers and hugs each other, grateful for their teacher's guidance and the lessons they learned from the street performers.

Overall, "Nothin' to It But to Do It" is an episode that teaches the kids the importance of hard work, perseverance, and taking risks. It shows that passion and enthusiasm can take you far and that trying new things and gaining new experiences is essential for learning and growth. It also highlights the importance of teamwork, creativity, and having fun while pursuing your dreams.
