The episode "But I Really, Really Saw It!/The Perfect Pancake" is the seventh episode of the third season of Clifford's Puppy Days. The episode starts with Clifford and his friends Emily Elizabeth, Jorge, and Shun all playing together. However, when Clifford spots a UFO in the sky, the others don't believe him, thinking he must have imagined it. Determined to prove that he really saw it, Clifford sets out to find evidence that the UFO exists.

Meanwhile, Emily Elizabeth is busy trying to perfect her pancake recipe for a school project. With the help of her friends, she tries to get the pancakes just right, but they keep coming out too lumpy, too burnt, or too gooey. Despite her frustrations, Emily Elizabeth keeps trying, not wanting to let her group down.

As Clifford searches for proof of the UFO, he meets a raccoon named Rags who claims to have seen it too. Together, they set out to find the UFO, looking for clues and interviewing witnesses. Along the way, they encounter obstacles like a river and a steep hill, but they keep going, determined to uncover the truth.

Back at Emily Elizabeth's house, the group finally comes up with a pancake recipe that seems to work. However, when they try to make the pancakes, they realize that they're out of syrup. Not willing to give up, Emily Elizabeth and her friends set out to find some, sneaking into a neighbor's yard to swipe some from their maple tree.

As Clifford and Rags continue their search, they finally find some definitive evidence of the UFO: a tree with strange marks on it that could only have been made by something out of this world. With their mission accomplished, Clifford heads back home, eager to tell his friends what he's discovered.

When Emily Elizabeth and her friends finish making their pancakes and try them, they discover that they're actually not that great. However, they realize that they had fun working together and learning from their mistakes, and that's what really matters.

Overall, "But I Really, Really Saw It!/The Perfect Pancake" is a fun and lighthearted episode that teaches kids the importance of perseverance, teamwork, and believing in yourself. With charming characters, funny jokes, and exciting adventures, it's sure to be a hit with young viewers.
