Coach Trip Season 8 Episode 5 Day 5 - Linz
- November 12, 2010
Day 5 of Coach Trip season 8 takes the travelers to the beautiful city of Linz, Austria. Host Brendan greets the group as they disembark the coach, reminding them that they must all stick together during the day's activities - no exceptions.
The first activity of the day is a bike ride along the Danube River. The group is split into two teams, and they race each other to see who can complete the course the fastest. The scenery is breathtaking, and the travelers take the opportunity to take plenty of photos, although some struggle with steering their bikes through the winding paths.
After the bike ride, the group has free time to explore Linz on their own. Some visit the famous Hauptplatz square, where they admire the stunning architecture and sample local delicacies at the many food stalls. Others choose to wander the streets, taking in the sights and sounds of this vibrant city.
Later in the day, the travelers take part in a pub crawl, led by Brendan. The group tries various traditional Austrian drinks and foods, and they all let loose and have a great time - although some end up letting loose a little too much. As always, Brendan keeps a watchful eye on the group to ensure everyone is safe and behaving appropriately.
The day's final activity is a visit to the famous Linz Star attraction. The travelers are wowed by the stunning panoramic views of the city below and the neighboring mountains. Some brave souls even take the opportunity to take part in a bungee jumping experience, facing their fears as they plunge towards the ground below.
As the day comes to a close, the travelers make their way back to the coach, exhausted but exhilarated by their adventures in Linz. They reminisce about the day's activities, and some reflect on how they have grown closer as a group. Tomorrow, they'll set off on their next adventure, but for now, they're happy to rest and recover.
