The show Cold Justice follows two female crime investigators, Kelly Siegler and Yolanda McClary, as they delve into unsolved murder cases across the United States. As the investigation progresses, Kelly and Yolanda begin to uncover new evidence that points to one particular suspect. They locate a witness who had been afraid to come forward at the time of the crime, but who now provided information that supported this suspect's involvement.

Although the case is over 25 years old, Kelly and Yolanda bring fresh eyes and innovative investigative techniques to the table, including DNA analysis and crime scene reconstruction. Through their efforts, they are able to successfully solve a crime that had been shrouded in mystery for far too long.
