Joe lies to Gail pretending he's gone to a trade fair. Tyrone spots him asleep in his van. Joe manages to lie his way out of it. Steve spots Liz's keys and suddenly the penny drops. Steve's horrified to discover Lloyd is sleeping with Liz. Liz sheepishly appears from behind the sofa. Steve's in a fury as he tells Michelle how Lloyd's been sleeping with Liz. Michelle find it funny. Becky tells Hayley how she's in love with Steve and he's going to finish with Michelle this evening. Joe tells Gail and David he's got plenty of business in the pipeline. Michelle and Steve spend the evening at home. Michelle's tipsy and tells Steve how much she loves him. Molly confronts Jackie about her exploding breast implants. Jackie admits she lied. Molly gets a call to say her dad's been rushed into hospital with a burst appendix. Becky hits the cider realising Steve's not going to show and has let her down again. Hayley tries to comfort her. Michelle makes Steve promise they'll never split up. Steve goes along with it, hating himself for being such a coward. Becky cries alone in her bedroom wishing Steve had kept his word.
