One of the stories that is covered is that of the D.C. Sniper. The details of the attacks are explained as well as the location of where the attacks occurred. It also discusses the assassination of John Lennon. The Andrea Yates trial is also talked about. A famous case that is examined is the Ronald Reagan assassination attempt.

Everything about the crimes is discussed, from those involved to the victims. There is also information released about the outcome of any court dates that the suspects have gone through. Pictures of the suspects are shown during the series.
