Ep 16. Last Gasp

The BAU team finds themselves trying to catch a serial bomber who has been targeting people in Texas. The first bomb went off in a movie theater, killing two people and injuring many more. The unsub continued to plant bombs in various locations around the city, always leaving behind a distinctive signature. The BAU team initially believes that the unsub is a disgruntled movie theater employee who was fired and is seeking revenge. However, as the investigation continues, they discover that the unsub is actually a former soldier suffering from PTSD who is trying to recreate the thrill of being at war.

Meanwhile, Rossi receives a surprise visit from his first wife, who he hasn't seen in over thirty years. Their relationship ended badly, and Rossi is initially reluctant to see her. However, as they spend time together, both Rossi and his ex-wife realize that they still have feelings for each other.

As the BAU team closes in on the unsub, they are met with a major setback when he manages to escape from police custody. He sets off his final bomb in a crowded shopping mall, and the team must race against time to try and stop him before he can carry out his ultimate plan. Garcia is struggling with the fallout from a case in which she had to testify against a former colleague. And Reid is grappling with the aftermath of his recent breakup, and is unsure whether he wants to try and repair the relationship or move on.

Overall, the episode is a tense and emotional ride that will keep viewers on the edge of their seats. The investigation into the bomber is gripping, and the personal struggles of the team members add an extra layer of depth to the story.
