Cutthroat Kitchen is an intense cooking competition where four chefs battle it out through three rounds of challenges. Each round the contestants are given a basket of mystery ingredients and must cook up a dish in a limited amount of time. However, there's a twist: in each round, the contestants are given an opportunity to sabotage each other by bidding on certain disadvantages to give to other players. The player who makes it to the end with the least amount of sabotage and the best dishes is declared the winner and takes home the prize money.

Season 3, episode 12 is called "Judging Judges," and the challenges are nothing short of impossible. In this episode, four chefs have to create a dish incorporating fish sticks, cocktail sauce, and wheatgrass, which is already a challenging task. They have to make sure their dishes are tasty enough to impress the judges but also resist the temptations of sabotage.

In the first round, the sabotage auctions are already intense, with contestants bidding on advantages to give themselves the upper hand. One player spends a fortune on a sabotage that forces another player to continuously stir their dish for the entire duration of the round. Another spends all their money on a bid that gives them immunity from sabotages for the round, making them a formidable competitor.

In the second round, contestants are given four hot dogs to use as their protein source. They must create a dish that incorporates the hot dogs in a unique way while also making sure the dish tastes good. However, the sabotages get even worse in this round, with one chef bidding to give another a "baby leprechaun" for a sous chef, complete with a diaper and a binky. As absurd as this sounds, the chef handles the situation with grace and manages to salvage their dish despite the distraction.

The final round has the chefs creating a dessert, which usually sounds like the easiest round considering desserts are supposed to be sweet and delicious. However, the mystery ingredients in the baskets make it challenging once again. The contestants are given rainbow sherbet, jalapenos, and popcorn as their ingredients, and they must make a dessert that incorporates them all. To make things worse, they have a budget of only $200, which makes it hard to buy any additional ingredients.

Throughout the episode, the judges make comments on the dishes, keeping the chefs on their toes. They are aware that this episode is called "Judging Judges," and the chefs are competing to impress them even more than usual. The judging portion at the end of each round is the most critical, and the chefs are watching the judges for any signs of approval or disapproval.

All in all, season 3, episode 12 of Cutthroat Kitchen is a nail-biting, adrenaline-pumping episode that keeps you on the edge of your seat. The contestants' creativity and culinary skills are put to the test in each round, and the sabotages add an extra layer of excitement. With up to $25,000 prize money on the line for the winner, the stakes are higher than ever. Tune in to watch "Judging Judges," and see how the cheftestants overcome their challenges in this ultimate cooking battle.
