Ep 6. The Frequency Fiends

Despite the Fiends' best efforts to stop them, Darkwing and Launchpad are able to use their detective skills and superhero abilities to uncover the Fiends' plan and stop their next robbery. They also manage to find a way to disrupt the hypnotic power of the radio broadcast, freeing the people of St. Canard from the Fiends' control.
